14-day free trial
Every new haulier gets 14 days free. No card up-front. Use every feature — create WTNs, generate PDFs, test the DEFRA submission, invite drivers. If it doesn’t work for your yard, just walk away. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, then deleted (except WTN records where the 2-year statutory retention applies — see Privacy Policy).
After the trial
To continue, pick a plan on /admin/billing. We bill monthly in advance via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
How to cancel
- Sign in to your admin console.
- Go to Billing.
- Click Cancel subscription.
Your account stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which it moves to read-only (you can still download PDFs and export CSVs but not create new WTNs).
Refund policy
Because we offer a 14-day free trial with full access before any money changes hands, we don’t issue refunds for:
- Part-months after cancellation
- Periods you forgot to cancel
- Downgrades mid-cycle (the new price kicks in next cycle)
Exceptions
We’ll refund in full if:
- You were charged through an obvious billing error on our side.
- We terminate the service for reasons unrelated to a breach of our terms.
- You invoke your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (only applies if you bought as a consumer, not in the course of business). In that case email support@wtndigital.com within 14 days of subscribing.
Chargebacks
Please email us first — we resolve 95% of billing issues within 24 hours. Raising a chargeback without talking to us costs us a flat fee and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
Price changes
If we change prices, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect on your subscription. You can cancel any time before then.
