1. No illegal waste activity

WTNDigital.com exists to help UK hauliers meet their legal duty of care. You must not use it to:

Record waste movements you are not licensed to carry
Fabricate or falsify EWC codes, weights, signatures, or GPS locations
Transfer waste to a facility that is not permitted to accept it
Conceal fly-tipping or unauthorised disposal

Any reasonable suspicion of the above will be reported to the Environment Agency.

2. No platform abuse

Don’t attempt to gain unauthorised access to another tenant’s data.
Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code.
Don’t run automated load tests, DDoS-style traffic, or penetration tests without prior written agreement.
Don’t upload malware or files designed to disrupt the service.
Don’t abuse bulk-import endpoints to store third-party personal data you don’t have a lawful basis to hold.

3. No misuse of other users

No harassment or abuse of support staff or other platform users.
No impersonation of another company, driver, or customer.
No spamming customers via the WTN distribution feature.

4. Content & IP

You’re responsible for the legality of every record you upload.
Don’t use our logo, copy, or branding on your own materials without permission.

5. Consequences

If you breach this policy, we may:

Warn you and ask you to rectify the issue
Suspend specific features (e.g. DWT submission, email send)
Suspend your account while we investigate
Terminate your account without refund for serious or repeat breaches
Report you to the relevant authority (Environment Agency, ICO, HMRC, police)

6. Reporting abuse

If you believe another user is breaching this policy, email support@wtndigital.com with details. We take all reports seriously and keep reporter identity confidential where possible.
